Shipping And Returns

Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable standard UK delivery. (There is an extra cost for next day delivery service). The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. Payment is deducted when we process/despatch your order.

All orders from Drivemania.co.uk will include VAT @ 17.5%

Fraud
Drivemania.co.uk Limited will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported and the information given will pass over to relevant authorities. [Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.]

The Drivemania.co.uk Delivery Policy
Here at Drivemania.co.uk we offer standard delivery £4.99 on all orders. And there is an option for a guaranteed next day service at a cost of £6.99 and will be delivered by royal mail special delivery. Large bulky orders (over 2kg) will be delivered by ANC (Bulky orders are charged at the rates above, – excludes Saturday)

Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 4.00pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day. In the case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow extra two working days.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days but in truth up to 98% of orders are received within 3 days (Due to high order volumes, please allow double during sale periods). We will attempt to telephone or email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

IMPORTANT:
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands.

How we Deliver
All orders are sent out by Royal mail 1st class mail, orders over £20 will be sent out recorded 1st class mail which will need a signature, if not present, a card (should) will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products ordered. Please e-mail us at sales@Drivemania.co.uk or telephone 0870 042 1459. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Drivemania.co.uk immediately

Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by Returning the product to Drivemania.co.uk E-mailing us at sales@Drivemania.co.uk or Phoning us on 0870 042 1459 - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand; It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We do not operate a try before you buy policy, If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, You will receive a full refund excluding postage and packaging cost [Min fee £2.50 - Max Fee £6.50 dependent on our costs, for example next day service etc], and the cancellation is free of charge provided you must return the product complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. Any items containing SIM cards must be returned with the SIM card unregistered & unused) All goods must be returned via recorded delivery, If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted.

Returns policy of Sim Free Phones:
If you wish to return goods which are not faulty [Please note - We do not operate a try before you buy policy). We will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being incurred. Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a handling fee of 15%. A refund will not be given if the goods are marked or appeared to be used in any way.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

  • You return your product without proof of purchase;
  • The seal has been broken on packets that contain any memory cards, software including games, Sat Nav Systems etc;
  • The goods were a special order to your specification


Return of Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

In otherwise “as new” condition; and In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 days cancellation period, we operate a 14-day faulty returns period.

Goods found to be defective within 14 days can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. Please call 08700421459 to acquire a returns number, Only when a Returns number is issued can you return the goods to us. Any items returned to us without a Returns number will be returned to you at your expense. All goods returned as faulty will be fully tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty, in the event that the item is not faulty it will be returned at you expense. All goods must be returned via recorded delivery, If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted.

Re: car kits.
We recommend that you or a qualified engineer test the car kit before installation as they cannot be returned after installation. Please follow the installation instructions carefully and read all safety information and guidelines. Drivemania.co.uk ltd is not liable for any costs relating to installation, use or removal.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used handsfree headsets. (This does not apply to faulty goods -Faulty headsets will be exchanged like for like)
